Meet the other Fiore

Being successful first means being you.

The Woman Behind the Vision

When you choose to step into a business venture with someone, you are not just signing a contract. You are committing to hours, days, and weeks inside a shared creative space. You sit together talking about your highest goals, your grandest aspirations, and how to prepare for a life lived inside that vision once it is actualized.

By now, you have gotten to know my corporate track record and the hard knocks detailed in my book. But if we are going to collaborate—whether we are building a media title, designing a brand, or launching an enterprise—I want you to understand who I am as a person. Trust is the foundation of execution. When we sit in a studio together sharing our creative passions, I am your partner and your guide.

For a long time, I only knew how to run on fast-forward. Early in my career, I was always in the grind—constantly flying, driving, and rushing to the next country for the next high-stakes meeting. It was my husband who first pulled me back to earth. He used to tell me, "Fiore, you are not just your work. You are a brilliant human." At the time, I would just laugh, assuming it was an elaborate strategy to get me to stop working and go out to dinner with him. But over time, the truth of his words settled in. I realized I was so focused on the metrics of success that I rarely asked deep questions of the very clients and advisors who helped me build it.

Years later, during a conversation with my brilliant, long-time attorney, I realized I knew almost nothing about his personal life after a decade of working together. When I began sharing the details of my daughter’s recent art showcase, he opened up about the genius of his own son. Through that single authentic exchange, we discovered we shared the exact same origin story: we were both raised by our grandparents, and we both weaponized our education to build a life far stronger and more secure than the one handed to our parents.

Forged in Motion

I am a woman built from a tapestry of deep heritage and unyielding movement—primarily Italian, with a proud streak of British legacy left to me by my grandmother. My youth was split evenly between the ocean water and ballet shoes. I was a dedicated dancer for the majority of my childhood until a severe injury during a speed-skating competition abruptly halted my trajectory.

I am an athlete by nature; I do not sit still. I have to move, mentally and physically, at all times. It is a running debate in my household that even when I am asleep, my mind is actively creating or structuring someone’s business strategy. During the miserable, stationary months of surgeries following my injury, I refused to let the stillness break me. Instead, I executed my very first life pivot, channeling my energy into writing music alongside my stepfather.

I worked harder than almost any kid I knew because I understood early on that my support system was fragile. I knew my grandparents wouldn’t be around forever, and if I wanted a future, I had to engineer it myself. I tapped into a Type A personality that commands my life to this day. My relentless drive and razor-sharp attention to detail are my most valuable assets.

I graduated from college despite navigating a volatile family dynamic, cruel bullying, and systemic racism aimed at my culture. In those early years, I often felt like a highly valuable, luxury handbag—something people knew was expensive and wanted to carry around to look good at their next big event, but didn't quite have the space to keep safely in their own home. But I don't look back on that period with bitterness. It was that exact cycle of disappointment that forced me to look inward and discover the raw material for my next chapter. It built a hard exterior paired with a fiercely protective interior—a woman willing to fight to the absolute end for anyone who needs me.

A Legacy of Manifestation

That protective strength is what made me an exceptionally powerful leader and agent during my first major business development project: taking a celebrity photographer who was holding onto the nostalgia of the 1980s and completely rebranding his identity.

When I met Peter Langone, it felt as though the heavens had opened up and dropped pieces of pure purpose into my lap. He was a vibrant, larger-than-life force full of stories about sleeping in the desert with Mongolian nomads, walking the midnight streets of Venice drinking wine with artists, and sailing far-off seas in search of meaning. I knew instantly that his world was where I wanted to invest my creative energy. For eight rewarding years, until he passed away from cancer, I managed his international career, and he taught me how to creatively expand my arsenal of knowledge. In return, I put his studio back on the global map—transforming his business from waiting for the phone to ring to booking historic sets with icons like Derek Jeter and Paul Sorvino.

When he passed, I lost a profound piece of my world. But I carried forward the greatest lesson he ever taught me: "Fiore, love the process, not just the destination." He would hold a roll of film in his hand and tell me that we weren't just looking at plastic and chemicals, but at a bar of solid gold. He showed me that we have the power to manifest any vision into reality, so long as we refuse to fear our own success.

In his passing, I fully embraced who I am and set out to lead others to do the same. As an executive woman in business, I don't shy away from the "woman card"—I lean directly into it. I will always protect the time required to nurture my daughter, but I will never sacrifice the absolute elite standard of what I bring to the corporate table. I delegate, I propagate, and I accelerate.

I love the architecture of creation. And if you ever worry that there aren't enough hours in the day to finish what we started, just remember: even when I’m sleeping, I’m still working.
